1 Succulent color difference
If the color and state of succulent you received are very different from the picture? Most succulent plants change their color along with different seasons. Succulents are affected by light, environment temperature, day and night temperature differences. That’s why their color and state will not be consistent. By providing adequate sunlight and good ventilation, succulents will be getting perfect soon..
2 Wrinkled or wilted
What if the succulent received is wrinkled or wilted?
To ensure the survival rate of the succulent, we dry the soil for delivery. Therefore, succulents will be wilted when you received them. It will be returned to normal in one to two weeks.
3 Leaf dryness
What about the dry and dehydrated succulent?
If the bottom of the leaves is yellow and dry, this is the normal metabolism of the succulent. Remove the dry leaves. Once the leaves have other serious problems, please contact us. We will solve the problem for you as soon as possible
4 Leaves fall off
What about if the succulent leaves fall off when you receive them?
No matters, it could be the beginning of a new life. Do the leaf cutting. Once there is a severe crushing or breaking during the transportation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Less water, drought-tolerant, more sunlight and ventilation, no direct exposure to the sun
1 Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun in the summer. Keep sufficient sunlight in other seasons will help the succulent grow.
2 Water thoroughly, do not expose them to the sun after watering. Please place it in the shade. Recommend watering in the morning or evening
3 The soil should not be too tight; loosen the soil regularly.
4 The optimal temperature is 15-28 degrees Celsius. The recommended temperature should not be lower than minus 5 degrees or higher than 35 degrees.
