consignments are sended mostly as " letter - registered mail - priority(up to 2 kg) " - insured up to USD  45,-. With this type of consignment, is less probability that will be a problem at customs clearance.
Dear customers. New changes of the terms of Service on ebay forced us to change some postal/mail prices.
You have to include real/full price even with the insurance in case of loss of the package. Customer can no longer pick cheaper option without insurance.
Price of the package must be real. Cheaper packages are being refused because of the refunds.

Be careful of the Cites1 plants!!   Outside the European Union, plants need these documents -  the Phytosanitary Documents. Documents have to be paid for. I cannot send a postal package without these documents. The price of the documents
105 USD!!!
These documents are not issued in the European Union. It will be replaced by the Sanitary Passport. After the purchase, the invoice will be adjusted to members of the European Union. Or back to a bank account, so I avoid unnecessary additional payments for documents !!!!!
