Just lovely, and supposedly made better than Norton did in the day, or is doing NOW.  New design incorporating second internal washer to avoid de-lamination.  See the 'guts' of the stud assembly in 2nd photo.
Original Norton part number 06-0622, used at both muffler and cylinder head connections.  Aside from the rubber, ALL stainless construction.  Stainless nuts and washers included.
