Excellent vintage T-shirt by Ocean Pacific.   Dated 1983 on the decal.   A brick wall with a palm tree shadow, surfboards leaned against it, clothing draped over it, and the words ROSEBUD '57 spray painted on it.   Dark navy blue.   In perfect condition, deadstock with tags attached in 2 places and a sticker on the front.
